Spot Pond Tree Service, Inc. - New Hampshire

Spot Pond Tree Service History

I, Bob Pollino got into the tree business when I graduated from High School from Stoneham High in Massachusetts. I had a High School friend whose Father owned a local established Tree Business in town. They were looking for help, so I started working for them right out of High School. I worked for them for approximately four years. I was doing all their climbing and everyday tree service tasks. I asked for a raise, and the owner denied my request, so at that point I decided to start my own Tree business. I called it Spot Pond Tree Service Inc. The reason for the name is that I grew up by Spot Pond in Stoneham, Massachusetts. It is on the Northshore side of Boston – a quiet little town five miles north of downtown Boston. Spot Pond was a landmark in that area for traffic reports and a local swimming hole. I ran advertising in our local paper called the Stoneham Independent and the jobs started coming in. As I started doing jobs I bought more equipment for the business. Over the years I moved the business up to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire to a town called Moultonborough, NH. I have been working on lake front homes throughout the Lakes Region since 2001.
